Full-cycle production

Raw materials are only accepted at Kariguz production site after ensuring safety compliance, proven by certificates.

The raw materials undergo a multistage high-tech process: ozonation, dust removal, washing, drying and sorting.

Every stage of this production chain is closely monitored and controlled, guaranteeing high quality of final product.

The processing is fully automated from receipt of the raw material through the end of the sorting stage

constantly under the supervision of qualified and experienced personnel.

Laboratory

Our company is engaged in scientific development, and operates the only certified scientific laboratory in Russia for the study of down and feather materials.

Each batch of incoming raw materials and finished product is accompanied by a veterinary certificate to ensure the safety of our products.

Laboratory experts determine the technical parameters of the incoming raw materials, create an individual processing plan, control the process, and evaluate the quality of the final product. As a result it allows us to meet every need of our clients.

All raw materials used in the production of Kariguz are collected in Russia. Thanks to our own laboratory, we have been able to conduct thousands of tests and develop our own unique methods for deep processing of raw materials. It allows us to meet every need of our client.

Reliability

At the laboratory, specialists from the Kariguz Research and Production Corporation developed and patented two unique methods of deep processing of down: OZON 3 and Hi-Tech Processing.

Deep processing of OZON 3 ensures the sterility of our raw materials at the molecular level.

The Hi-Tech-Processing technology allows us to retain the finished down all its most valuable natural features.
